Facebook Carousel Ads leading to our homepage and event landing page to create a seamless user experience with brand consistency as well as a scrolling flow through the ad. These ads saw an 80% increase in performance, with a high majority of the audience scrolling all the way through and clicking through to the landing page.
To insist the user does continue to swipe through, I used a "sneak peak" technique. This shows the design/imagery in the current frame bleeding off slightly into the next frame, making the viewer feel as if they have to scroll to see what's next.
