In order to establish consistent and accurate social post/ad formatting across our design and social team, I created a social sizing guide outlining the correct post dimensions for individual networks, minimum text sizes for legibility, and maximum text sizes based on network requirements/restrictions. This helped avoid size and format mishaps and legibility issues whether an ad is viewed on mobile or desktop. After many many legibility tests, I determined our brand restraints to reference when designing for Facebook and Twitter.
